I Grew up playing sports and have always been active with outdoor activitys  . I Graduated with an Associates in 2013 and shortly after that started a business and continued working in the fitness industry. but have always been into fitness Health & Wellness over a decade or more . My home town is Layton Utah. I have worked for several different big box gyms along with being an independent contractor running my own business in the fitness industry working out of smaller gyms .
